- If your custom product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with detailed photographs of the damage to both the product and its packaging.

- Delivery of the physical custom product or prototype signifies the completion of the manufacturing phase. Final acceptance of the project will align with the terms outlined in our project agreement or quotation.
